At Tablelands Trees & Shrubs, we grow what we sell. We provide a huge range of plants from larger deciduous & evergreen trees, through a broad spectrum of flowering & foliage shrubs to all the lovely little flowering alpines, perennials & groundcovers.  You can expect a full range of plants suitable, not only for our area, but for all cooler regions of Eastern Australia including Alpine, Southern, Central or Northern Tablelands & even areas of high country in Tasmania, Victoria & Queensland.

So, whether you're gardening in Benalla, Corryong, Cooma,  Jindabyne, Bowral, Blue Mountains, Canberra, Yass, Murrumbateman,  Armidale,  Inverell, Toowoomba or even the Atherton Tablelands, a visit to our site & our nursery would be well worth the trip.

As plant availability varies throughout the season we provide a wholesale availability list which is updated monthly. This list is available to resellers on request or you can be added to our broadcast.

We are predominantly plant growers supplying independent retailers in the Cooma, Jindabyne, Canberra and Southern Highlands regions for the last 35 years. Up until now we have been concentrating on growing but over the past couple of years have enjoyed the company of keen & budding gardeners willing to take the time & petrol to come & visit.

Unlike most growers today, we pride ourselves on producing variety rather than quantity & will throughout the year offer a range of product far greater than any seen in conventional grower lists or webbased sellers.

Prices are set to normal retail you will see in most Garden Centres but we do offer significant discounts for quantitiy purchasing.

We offer wholesale to resellers in the industry whether they be retail nurseries, landscapers or landscape architects.

We love our garden!!!!

Originally developed from open pasture over 30 years ago, it has matured into a beautiful environment to be enjoyed by all ages. The original trees are now dominating the landscape & providing shade & shelter for the whole area. Whatever the weather - summer or winter there is always a nook around providing an enjoyable place to be.

Originally used as a place to source stock for the nursery, the gardens now boast a myriad of plant varieties, suitable for all places in an cold climate garden. These plants are identifiable in the garden & most are available from the nursery depending on the season. You can see a plant, can see where it grows best & see what it will grow into before you purchase it.

Our training & expertise in landscaping has allowed us to keep on top of developments in that industry & to try some of these in our garden. We have many examples of such technology, including extensive stonework, gabion technology & a garden wall featuring many types of succulents.

The garden is open regularly with the Australian Open Garden Scheme http://www.opengarden.org.au/regions/nsw_act_calendar.html )  & at this time all plants are labelled in the garden along with where the plant is available for sale in the nursery. You can find something you like & then find & buy it in the nursery.

You are welcome to drop in but you need to contact us for an appointment. (We may be off skiing!!!!)
